Testing & Recertification

Valve repairs and refurbishment are carried out at our certified repair facility in Port Moody where we are equipped to handle repairs of any size.

Specializes in:

• Recalibration of safety relief valves and pressure/vacuum valves
• All safety valves have test reports and metal tag with recertification
• Our company also repairs most types of valves to API, ASME or AWWA standards of testing
• Our company also offers testing of standard valving up to 72″ in diameter

Valve Remanufacturing

Our valves that are repaired or remanufactured follow the same procedure, therefore it is our policy to warranty our valves with the same warranty as to the manufacturer.

• Valves are dismantled completely
• All parts are cleaned to bare metal either by chemical solution or by sandblasting
• Worn parts are remanufactured back to factory specifications
• All valves are reassembled with new gaskets, packing studs, and nuts
• All valves are tested to manufacturer specifications, API, ASMI, AWWA standards
• Completed valves are painted to manufacturer or customer’s colours, then readied for shipping
